People’s Park was almost completely deserted when I passed through this morning. I only spotted about 5 people in the entire park. A big contrast from the hundred or so street people who had been living in the park practically 24-7 for the last two years. . . I took a couple of photos, and for once I didn’t have to worry about some crackhead threatening to smash my camera. Or some wingnut accusing me of doing surveillance on him for the CIA. So it was truly grand. It’s pretty nice and peaceful these days.
