The many moods of Moo Cat

Hadn’t seen Moo Cat in a week. I think she’s been laying low to avoid the coyote who’s been lurking in the vicinity for awhile now (howled at the moon all night last night). So she had quite an appetite when she finally showed up this morning. Which is a sight to behold — a feral cat with a fierce appetite. Inhaled the first can of cat food I set out in like a minute flat. And then pounded an entire can of Vienna sausages. Then moved right on to the dish of dry cat food. Followed by a couple of slices of Swiss cheese for desert. Before she finally flopped out in a contented heap, taking a nap on top of my chest.

Moo Cat is the one cat I always think of as a “character.” She’s quite the piece of work.
